how to play downloaded torrent game

I have never downloaded a torrent game before and just downloaded cabela's African Safari. The folder contains about 30 files that say they are winRAR files, 20 files that say cabelas.r31, cabelas.r32, cabelas.r33.... etc, and one file that says cabelas.sfv. I have no idea how to play the game. I think I have to extract the winrar files, but have no idea about the cabelas.r_ files and the .sfv file. i looked on the forums and found a few things about it, but i still have no idea what i'm doing. if someone knows detailed instructions i would be greatful.

Download and install winRAR then just extract one of the .RAR files. Then do whatever you have to do with the file if it is a ISO or BIN etc. you can either burn it or mount it.
