how to put emulators on regular xbox

    I need help putting stuff on an unmodded regular xbox, my questions are

    1. Does it have to be modded or softmodded?
    2.is there any way to do it without modding it?
    3.Do you HAVE to have an action replay to do it?
    4.where do i get roms and emulators for xbox so any websites or names of emulators for xbox like psx ,n64 ,nes,snes
    5. anything else i should know.

    any help is appreciated.

    and also if you can mod it without action replay.
