It does, but only support for M4V an MAQ files.
You need to download the newer version.

Koo-Kid, theres no need for that, all you had to do was ask me to explain abit more.

Firmwares below 2.80 needed a specfic header wrote to the MP4 file, they also needed to be a certain filename.
Your movie had to be called MAQxxxxx.MP4 (MPEG4-AVC) and placed in a folder called 101ANV01.
    The general layout was this:

    (X)/MP_ROOT/100MNV01/M4Vxxxxx.MP4 MPEG4-SP
    (X)/MP_ROOT/101ANV01/MAQxxxxx.MP4 MPEG4-AVC

The old version of PSPvideo9 only supported these files.
Sony later lifted these restrictions, and created a new folder called VIDEO, in this you could name your movies whatever you wanted too, but... you had to encode them a slightly different way, and PSPvideo9 couldnt do this.

This is the new version of PSPvideo9 2.25 uninstall your old version before you install the new one.

My guess is PimpStreamer is a thing to play medias on your PSP without converting them first?
