    Ok guys,

I now have my dbox talking to my Maxtor NAS drive, have mounted the shared folder for mp3 playback etc...

My Maxtor NAS has streaming built in - meant for streaming to "commercial" streaming recievers etc.

Is there anyway I can use this built in streaming, rather than VLC or simmilar?

Ideally looking to store everything on the NAS - and access / manage through the Dbox, rather than having to have a full PC running 24/7.

    So...

    1) Is it possible for Dbox MoviePlayer to use the stream from the Maxtor NAS? (I seem to recall it uses "the standard" commercial streaming format?)
2.) How do I set this up?
    3) Assuming this wont work, how do I set up MoviePlayer to play directly from the NAS?
    4) How about Recording back to the NAS - how do I set this up?

Kinda getting there - all making sence so far, learning loads!
Thanks for all your help so far!
