This virus program I never purchased, it just showed up on my computer. I have tried "everything" to delete. Start to programs to the files to remove/ change. The program is not even listed! But, it shows up with the other icons I have, and it shows up with other files I have. When I try to delete the file, A message comes up "Can not delete, delete exe: Acess denied". I have contacted the company, they said to go through the same steps. There is just no way to get rid of this. Help?
