How to Remove nero please help

hi,

I have installes nero 7.0.8.2 but there was some errors while installing,
now i wanted to uninstall it and make a fresh installation and am not able to do this by add n remove program saying shell has been corupted i tried to remove from regedit and still the same neither am able to install any version of nero please help thanks

p.s sorry to mention i have try to run nreo 7 clean tool but i doesnt work at all mean i cant run it saying wont run in this version or something like that cant remember

 

Did you have another version of Nero installed prior to installing 7?

 

You shouldn't use windows add/remove programs to uninstall nero since it doesn't completely remove all of its entries, entries that could interfere with new installs of nero.

You're using the wrong clean tool, you'll need the nero7 general cleantool to completely remove nero from your system. You can get the tool here;

You can re-download version 7.0.8.2 from here if you need it (uncheck the tool bar option);

If the install was corrupt and installed over 6, the clean tool for 6 will also need to be run.
