how to reset dreambox 500v

    Hi Folks,

    Can anybody guide us through resetting the codes for dreambox 500c. I tried entering the fix code and saved it on exit but nothing changed. I now only have 2 channels and christmas is coming. I have tried the manual fix but nothing is happening. If anybody can help I would be very grateful. Thanks
