had my xbox360 flashed with ixtreme v1.2. i have IPREP and Xtreme Boot Maker. i have a copy of the orig.bin. i would like to know how to revert it back to original firmware so that i can upgrade it in future. any help/links would be highly appreciated. thanks.
i use the samread, samhack method. I just rename the ORIG.bin file as the HACKED.bin file and then just type the command SAMHACK 1234567 12345 ---->(your serial number) I dont know what this method is called, or if it's legit, but it works for me.
thats what i was thinking too, just follow the same instructions except replace Hacked.bin with the original firmware renamed to Hacked.bin. Is that what you are saying mate? and have you used it to revert back to its original state?
Yes and yes. I both tried and successfully reverted back using this method more than once. It works like a charm.
