I downloaded an Avi that has 2 audio tracks. It is in English, but has Russian over it. So you hear both languages.
Is there a way (a program) that will allow me to seperate the video and both audio tracks, so that I can remove the Russian?
I didn't know which forum this should be in, so I put it here. I hope this is okay.
    Thank you for any help.

I'm not clear about what you mean.
If you have an audio track that has two languages, then either one language is heard from the left channel and one from the right (then they can be separated) or one is superimposed on top of the other (they are heard from both channels) and they cannot be un-mixed.
