i've wasted several dvdr's with Nero 7 so far. i just downloaded it a few days ago and everytime i want to burn my DVD files (which have already been authored) with Nero Express, there does not appear to be an option to adjust burn speed! by default it burns at 8x and id rather have it burn at 2x or 2.4x. my dvd writer is Sony DRU-720A so it is relatively new and a good burner. but i prefer to write at slower speeds since the high speeds just seem to produce coasters. i dont even really have to use Express but the regular Nero has way too many option and i am unsure of which ones i need especially when that stupid wizard pops up asking what type of disc i want to create. any suggestions??
Yes you can change the speed setting. When u get to the final burn settings screen,you will see a small arrow on the left side of the screen. Click on it and the window will expand to show speed settings.
