    Hello all,
I have tried unsuccessfully to setup a wireless home network between my main pc running xp pro & two laptops, one running xp pro & the other vista home premium. If someone is able to run me through all the necessary steps to get the network up & running so I am able to share and transfer files & print documents that would be great. Thanks for any & all help. Les

make sure to turn on printer and file sharing in xp this is very easy and in vista it's even easier but not in the same place as in xp I amm running the same set up in my home sharing a printer and media files without any problems in vista you need to go to start/network/ network & sharing center then go through each option and allow without passwords sharing those files you want to share. Now got to your wireless connection and connect to your network and enter the key code remember to save it and it will automatically find and enter the key on each boot up here is a link to some help on microsoft site http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/setup/default.mspx
