how to set up the box super star view 3

    hi im new to this so aint got clue what to put really. ive just bought the the box super star view 3 and have just connected it up but the thing is i get all the channels coming up properly at the bottom of the screen stating the names of the channel but the thing is i cannot get a picture at all. could u pleas tell me what to do next to get the picture up?? any tips any 1 out there?? can any1 help plz......

    may sound stupid but thats been done my friend said.. what else could i do to get a pic up on the tv?

    Menu > 1570
    Go to "key emu" & turn it on.
    Set default key > press ok
    Exit to s*y sports & let it update, it may take a few mins.

    soz im slow but hwat u mean all that ???
    all i get when pressing menu is installation parental channel edit user set up factory setting system info. what do i need to go to soz 4 this

    When you press menu on the remote, press the numbers 1570 & see if that brings you into the CAS menu, if not then you need to flash the b0x.

    ok tyvm guess ill have to do that. is there any other way to get the cass thing up???

    if his friend knows the box is flashed can't he set it up for him?

    You should be able to access the CAS menu when you press menu 1570.
    The b0x is flashed with the 6.01. If you still cant access it then flash it with the 7.09 Beta.

    it says no signal soo can u tell me if ive connected it rit lol. soz im useless my m8s on holiday 4 another week and need it b4 then lol...... tell me how to connect it properly plz all the cables u need from the tv and the system... ty 4 this owe u 1 but hey. BLONE and proud :L:L:L:L

    ok, make sure your coaxial cable (cable from the b0x on the wall) is in "cable input" at the back of the b0x. Also check your scart lead is pushed in fully in the TV slot on the b0x & your TV.

    Hey, I have just purchased the box super starview 3, cannot access the cas system page when I key in 1570. API ver : 8.00e-E Boot ver : 8.0 20 Jun 2008. do I need to flash it? would appreciate any advice, many thanks in advance.
