How to shrink the size of AVI file??

    Hi there, i need some help with making my AVI video file smaller in size. I was doing a picture slide show in AfterEffect and after i render it the size is 5GB, and its only 4 min long. Is there any way to shrink the size of this AVI file to few hundred MB???


    Please Help me..thank you

    Size = bitrate * length. The smaller the bitrate, the smaller the size. You are exporting to DV though?
