   I have a bin and cue file I want to burn
   onto VCD but haven't figured out the best software to burn and is there a software that will split so I can get all the movie on two cd's? I have tried Nero and the quality is good but I'm cutoff at 700megs
   Should I convert the bin to mpeg if so what software?

   I believe VCDEasy will rip mpeg's out of image files. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/vcdeasy.cfm
