How to tell whether I'm IP banned?

    Ok, so when I try to goto http://skulltag.com/forum it tells me that I'm forbidden to enter the page, and gives me a 403 error. And when I goto the main page (I remove the /forum at the end of the link.), it just sits there loading forever.

    Is this just me or is anyone else getting this?

    The 403 error could mean several things - I'm thinking the site is down for some reason.
    Here's one of the reasons I get from Firefox:
    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments
    So it's not just you :)

    Most sites don't issue IP bans anyway because more than one user may be using the same IP.

    Ya actually I've been getting that lately too. They went through a server move and then everything's been going all flippy.

    But it's good to know that it's not just me.

    Edit: One of the admins told me it was the host.

    Yep now I can to. So problem solved eiffel65 - the site was down.
