How to transfer tv show downloads to PLayable dvd movie

    Hello, I have all the Heroes episodes downloaded and i was wondering how do i put it on a dvd+r so that i can watch them on dvd. ANsd is there a way to select which episode id like to watch.

    they have two files

    1. is MP4G (195mb)
    2. im not sure what the other is called but its 4.26Kb

    originally i got them for my psp
