how to transfer videos from camcorder to dvd?

    Hi.
    I have a alot of videos on my camcorder which i want transferred onto a dvd...someone mentioned to use pinnacle studio to do that with a firewire cable. I have been trying to downlaod the version of pinnaclebut its taking ages. Any ideas?

    If you have Nero installed on your system you could use that

    i dont have nero
    I have finally downloaded pinnacle V10.5.1, but i just need to someone to guide me on how to actaully copy the movie into cd.

    You don't mention what type of camcorder you have. MiniDV, DVD, HDD?
    Depedning on the type the workflow will be quite different. If you want to get some basic knowledge, you can read some of the articles in the "Basics" section of http://www.digitalvideoclub.com
