how to use Avidemux

    hi everyone just a short question, how do i use avidemux to join two movie files together, to become one file they are both avi files i was told use the append function but i click on it and nothing happens?? please if anyone knows how to use this to join files together please let me know. thankyou, look forward to your reply

    Drag or 'Open' the first file, then drag or 'Append' the second file.
    If the files are in the same folder and have consecutive names (cd1.avi, cd2.avi, cd3.avi) AviDemux will offer to append them automatically.

    hi attar, thankyou so much, ive done that now the really silly question, whats next hahha im looking at the screen now what button do i press to join then silly eh, thanks again mate

    Assuming they were .avi files, use the settings as shown then click the 'save' logo and give the joined file a name - including the extension, e.g. joined.avi
