Does this work on a normal PS2? I follow the same instructions but when i try to load the CD i burn of uLauncherElf, a message appears saying: Please insert a cd of PS and PS2.
NHS2008 could you please post in this thread the buttons to be pressed in the modchips like Matrix Infinity, ModBo, Crystal Chips and the like, for DEV1? Coz DMS boots ELF when you press R1... Coz my friend modified PS2 doesn't boot ELF when he press R1? Dont what button to be pressed. Thanks in advance
Has this been tried on a v13/14/15 with SM3.6? I tried it but all I get is a blank empty screen after the CB ELF is loaded.
You have to pull out the USB form port as soon as you get a feeling that it has finished loading up in the pa2 RAM(in 30-40 secs approx.) trust me it works.
I tried CB7, CB9.2 and CB10.0 ELF. This is what I did: 1. Use SwapMagic 3.6 DVD 2. Boot uLaunchELF 4.12 from USB 3. Copy CB7/9.2/10.0 to MC0: 4. Remove USB and restart 5a. Boot CB7 or CB9.2 or CB10.0 from memory card 5b. Boot uLaunchELF 4.12 from USB, then remove USB, start CB7/9.2/10.0 from MC0 5c. Boot uLaunchELF 4.12 from USB, start CB7/9.2/10.0 from USB, wait a while, remove USB. Everything I did above gave the same results. After a while, I get a black screen and at the top right it says "VIDEO 1", like when the console is turned off. Is there anything else I haven't tried yet?
Then you have a PAL TV I suppose. cause thats why it flickers after booting to switch the Display to NTSC. If your TV does,nt support NTSC then it will not Display.
I am in Canada, my TV has no problems playing NTSC stuff. I tried this on 2 TVs. No other reason how this might happen? Many people seem to be having problems running CB on v13+ with swap magic.
Can somebody please help me? I just read that it was possible to load saved games to your ps2 via (with) Codebreaker and a USB Mass Storage Device (manufactured by SanDisk?) . Well, let me describe the trouble i caused and maybe somebody can help. PS, I am not familiar with many of the terms used, lol, so be for warned. 1. I downloaded Codebreaker 9.3 HDLoader patchedas a torrent. 2. I than extracted the torrent (Codebreaker) onto my USB. 3. I than plugged it into my Play Station 2 SlimUSB port and turned on my PS2...and i got nothing.... Should I have expected more? Here is the ReadMe from the Torrent. So this COdebreaker is only for ppl with HDD and HDloader! Normally u have to load cheats, then put in the HDLoader CD and then 'start game' Thank you to anyone that can help me
