How to use Iphone as just iPod

    Can I simply not connect to any network and leave sim card out to use an iPhone as just an iPod?

    If you mean without phone signal? Yea you could if the phone has been activated by itunes... If it hasnt its pretty easy to get around with new the activated firmware available on another post or if your using firmware 3.0 just run redsnow and boom your in.
