How to use Peer Guardian OSX?

    I was wondering how you use this app I just got it and it is working but I've seen somewhere that you have to add some lists or something?

    And any way to disable Growl whenever something is blocked? 'Cause my whole screen gets full of lil' blocked addresses messages...
