I installed a new windows XP over my previous corrupted one. But im unable to open the user account folder of the previous XP, in the Documents and settings folder as it says, "ACCESS Denied". I tried sharing and security but it displays the same error message. Please Helppppppp Thanks in advance
Probably because you're on an underprivileged account. Try logging in as an administrator, then going to Sharing and Security, and allowing Read permissions for the account you're trying to access it from.
