how to watch sat on my pc

hi guys not sure if im in the right section but i will ask anyways i have an ati video card with s-video what software would i need to get this up with a expressvu sat reciever

I think you s-video is probably just out put. You'll need to buy a tv tuner card.

 

Not sure if you want to input the sat receiver into the PC of if you are looking for something like a FTA card for the PC. If you want to input your present receiver into the PC then Nownthen is correct about needing a card with either s-video or componet inputs. Thats the one I have and I can only get the preview channels and ANGEL.I just can't figure it out.

 

i suggest that you can buy a Satellite Tracker.it can help you to find the singal.
