i gotten an external HP DVD Burner for Xmas one year, and it say has an update everytime i go to update it times out, anyone have that issue? i think i have a HP4000c or something like that dont know off hand
Try this HP site, and type in the model and hit the go button. http://www.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html If your un-sure of the model and the firmware version then Right click on My comp then select Properties then select Hardware then Devise manager then Double click on DVD/CD-ROM drives. Howd you go.
