Alright, I bought this HP DVD300e yesterday, which is a DVD drive for my computer, and followed every instruction. My computer detects it and everything, but it won't read anything I put into it at all. DVD + R, DVD + RW, DVD -R or even DVD - ROMS such as data discs. I contacted technical support and they suck. They led me straight back to the tech support web site which didn't do me a dang thing in the first palce. This problem is driving me up the wall. Please help
