HP laptop screen went green and pink

    hey guys the weirdest thing just happened to me... i have a HP dv6113us and i was watching a movie and with the charger in the laptop then i stood up and a bottle GENTLY EVEN BARELY fell on the lap top's keyboard around the middle and all of a sudden the screen went GREEN AND PINK!!? what the heck just happened? did something get loose? please help : (

    If I understood correctly something did spill on it. What you may try to do is open it and clean it out completly but it sounds like your graphics card is fried.

    Screen discolouration is only caused by a faulty screen or graphics card. Either way that's not something that can be repaired. Unless the screen has a uniform colour tint to it (i.e. all a bit green or all a bit yellow) then it's time for a warranty repair.
