HP Photosmart C5380 Printing Problems

    I wonder if anyone can tell me why I cannot use the Custom Positioning tab when trying to print direct to DVD.

    I can only use the other 2 options. I have also tried a couple of times to reinstall the software without firewall and anti virus.

    I had a similar problem, never did get it working. Did you contact HP? They seem pretty useless, never did get back to me, but it's worth a shot.
