I have hundreds of digital photos on cd's that I have made with my old hp pavilion now i try to open the same cd on my new hp photosmart and there are always "no disk inserted" messages. Why is my new hp having trouble opening these photo cd's?? Any help is greatly appreciated.
What software did you use to burn the cds? Have you installed this software? I'm not familiar with your pc, have you tried support at hp?? When you burned the cds did you close the session or leave them open? If you left them open and don't have burning software installed that maybe the problem. Sorry, just throwing ideas up in the air.
