i need help to find file that will open file with ext html

 

Try using Microsoft FrontPage.
html is a type of webpage format.

 

where can i down load this file

It's a part of Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

 

Notepad will open html.

 

so will Firefox, i believe, if you select the option to only see the code.
