HTPC Mainboard search

i've long been in the process of setting up a htpc. i have a case and everything im going to need except the mainboard.

i need one that is socket 939 and will work with i-mon vfd/ir. im using a silverstone tek lascala 16 (lc16s-m) as my case

im willing to spend up too about $300

any and all suggestions accepted
