i cant do anything on my computer. im trying to fix my computer which had windows ME. i need to sweep everything off but i cant access my computer or control pannel also it wont read any instalation disks in the drives. im thinking my only hope is to fix it through the command prompt. if anyone has any suggestions let me know.
If you are planning on whiping the drive and starting over again, you don't need to be in Windows. Start the system with the operating system CD in the CD drive (make sure the system is set to boot from the CD drive in the BIOS) and follow the prompts.
