I am a newbie

    My Sony DW-U10A came yesterday. It seems to work with Nero 9.1.14 (enterprise edition) but fails to do DVDcopy. Do others have this problem? SHould I change teh version of Nero, or should I use other software altogether?

    Another thing - to upgrade the firmware, do I have to first flash it to 1.0d then flash to the lastest 2.0f? I a a little confused with it all.

    You should upgrade to NERO 5.5.10.35 for best compatibility. Even try using a different software package like Stomp Record Now Max 4.50. You can upgrade the firmware as stated.
