    I have a nokia 3220b RH49
    IMEI:356659000655624
    Rogers
    Canada

    It is locked and I can't quite figure out how to unlock it.

    You Rock!
    I had to use the new simcard and to enter the code with the phone ask for the restriction code.But it works just fine!!!

    Glad to see that and thank you for being one of the only that could figure out to use the non accepted sim for that model.
