I am not an idiot please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have downloaded some software from "another" site. It has all this technical jargan about mounting ISO files and certain other steps. Like I said in teh original thread name I am no idiot but at wits end with it. I would really like some help please. I can't go into more detail for obvious reasons......so to any kindhearted soul who would like to help a semi-computer saavy indviduaL PLEASE EMAIL edited by ddp THANKS IN ADVANCE

And also your thread title.. which does not describe your problem. (another rule gone down the can there)

Finally.. a quick use of the search function would have answered your question.. (ooo yet another rule completely ignored)

Just a hint from me.. 3 total fails in one post.. close to, but not a record.. Pity.. why don't you link to your pirated software and it's provided serial.. then abuse me for being smug .. 6 in one post will get a nomination for n00bie of the month XD

Now kindly Mr/Ms moderator will come along and take the appropriate action
