I have been using Nero to backup movies and such for a long time and never had too many problems. Recently I have been getting a "could not perform endsession error" and it is at different times throughout the burn. Your firmware is way behind, the burner probably is not recognizing your disk current is 1.0A http://support.necsam.com/optical/downloads//FlashFirmware/ You are burning too close to the edge, reset your target size to 4300 Try burning at 4x, your firmware is so out of date the burner is probably not recognizing the media. Your media is not listed but make sure you are using good quality such as Sony, Verbatim, Fuji, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden.
I updated the firmware. How do I change the target size though? Is that the "enable dvd overburning" and then make the size smaller? Sorry I am not sure how to do it.
