Ok what I want to do is simple enough or so it would seem. I want to use my new 42" to shot windows and play games on. My Tv has 2 types of connectors s-video and component. I am using s-video at the moment but I noticed that when I try any new drivers other than the one that windows provides I get a white flicker screen. and when I do use the one windows provides I get my desktop but with black lines on every side not to mention that with the old drivers some of my games like doom 3 do not function right. So should just get a graphics card with component out or get a different driver or what? Any help on this would be a life saver!

    Thanks,

I'd get a videocard that has the appropriate outputs. That'd be the easiest way in my opinion.
