I can´t make a beckup up in a DVD-R

    Hi
    I want make a beckup of data in a DVD-R. I Have a Burner Nec DVD+-Rw.
    With a DVD+R and the Nero Express The beckup is ok but with a DVD-R
    I can´t buckup the data.
    Is necessary format the DVD-R? If yes, how format it?

    Run 'Nero Tools' > 'Nero Info Tool' and check the 'Write' features to verify that the drive is capable of burning DVD-R.
    If it is,then look at the firmware version and check to see if there is a newer version available at this site.Insert the drive model.
