Hi, I am having a problem burning CD on Musicmatch. I can burn DVD with DVD shrink no problem but can't burn CDR at all. I get burn failure everytime. Tried 3 different brands of CD, and never had problem until recently. I tried burning Data files on Windows and had no problem. I did recently install newer version of NERO but had problems with DVD shrink so converted back to the original version of NERO that I had Any help would be appreciated. I am using Nero 6.3.1.17 with Windows Xp. Log file below. Off hand I would start with the following: Changing versions of Nero leaves debris in your system. Ver 6.3.1.17 is buggy. Uninstall Nero. Download their Clean Tool from their web site to clean up any left behind traces. Install Ver 6.6.0.18 as it is the most stable in the 6 series. Be sure to make a note of your s/n before uninstalling. You will need it for the fresh install.
