I can burn DVD+RW, but not DVD+R

    I have DVD X-Copy Platinum. I am using a Dell Inspiron 9100. I am typing msconfig in the run menu and I am disabling all items under startup and services. I then restart my computer. I am able to burn DVD+RW's, but not DVD+R's. I have not idea why it does this.

    Hello braivhart, I had this problem with Platinum, but it was with my dvdxrescue program. It would copy, read then burn. But wouldn't play, made many coasters. Problem was fixed by two things I updated v3.2.1 to v4.0.3.8 and updated my aspi layer. Although it did fix the problem, I hardly ever use Platinum anymore use dvdshrink and dvddecrypter.

    Are you using v3.2.1? If not, what version are you using?
