    every time i post my reports ,the page is not available like an explorer error or somthing

    If you can't post Logs, I can't help.........

    Do you have a Recovery Partition? Press F11 at boot up and recover else reformat/reinstall with a Operating System Disk...

    No Backups? Shame on you...
