Hi, I have a xbox with a Smart XX chip in it. Lately when I boot up my xbox and when my SmartXX screen comes up asking which BIOS I would life to boot to, when I hit "Evox" sometimes it just boots to the Orginal BIOS, and I would turn my xbox off and, try again, and it would work. Well now I can't get back to Evox. Could someone help me? DO I need to get a new BIOS/Dash, if so, could someone help me, or help me find a good tutorial? Thank you very much.
I had the same problem with my xecuter 2.6 chip, it would boot into evox dash but with only a few options available, then after a few days it would only boot to ms dash.. I ran slayers auto install disc and re-flassed my bios from there, that fixed the problem (something to do with the bios not pointing to the right location where evox dash was installed) Like i say, i had a xecuter chip and have had no experience with Smart XX chips, but it may be worth looking into
