Trying to stay ahead of them ehhh. Its been a year+ since I signed up, I dont recall if this tactic was used. And I suppose its only a matter of time before they can get through it. But has this security question not been implemented???

Yeah, we tend to ban & hide shedloads more spammers before they're even seen by joe public. And i can always tell when spammer scum are up to mischief when i get loads of thread replies in my inbox that i'm not actually interested in, ie i always subscribe to a lot of threads that look attractive to workshy spammers.

omegaman, that only works against automated spammers not humans. just finished banning 3 more potential spammers with same ip address as a banned spammer another mod got.

only against automated attacks. because of spammers is the reason for the 3 minute wait between posts for newbies. i stopped 1 spammer who posted in 51 forums on this site because the 3 minute wait was not in place back on jan 18 2006.

    Look at the second picture.

Look at the beginning of your ImgBurn log:
    I 15:44:01 Total Physical Memory: 3,405,208 KB - Available: 2,334,340 KB
While you have plenty of free memory, it also tells you something else. You have over 1GB of memory in use! Now that's a lot. That means that you have a lot of programs running in the background.
    Next:
    W 15:46:02 DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed! - Reason: Access is denied.
This message and the screenshot you provided states that another program has a hold on your drive. Maybe something like InCD?
We have no way of knowing what programs you have running. Shut them all down and try again.

    i have copied The Dark Knight...to a DVD5...woo hoo!!

with AnyDVD 6.5.2.6 running the whole time...
i used ImgBurn 2.4.1.0 to make an image of
the dvd...( aprox 7.935 GB )

then i used Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 's
'disc copy' function to burn it to a DVD+RW...4.7GB

Nice... way to admit to piracy.

Hope you have your $100k ready. The FBI should be on their way.

Wonder if he is any relation to our buddy RahStyles?
Perhaps we should start our own AfterDawn end of year awards ceremony, nominations are now open for the "Rahssies" Anyone to second it?

Anydvd 6.4.8.6 won't back up the Dark Knight. ... up The Dark Knight on DVD and may work with Wall-E which uses new copy protection systems – here’s more info Change (Blu-ray): AnyDVD will disable itself, if BD+ can't be removed
