Howdy all. I am having this problem with divx. IT JUST WONT INSTALL!!. I've tried so many versions and it starts to install, but then it stops part way through and says there is a error. The problem normally happens after the divx connection tester starts running. it then says it has encountered a error and needds to close. Then it runs the normal install program and i get as far as choosing my install location and it happens again. SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEEEEESE. Oh by the way, tried the divx company. they are as helpful as a flyscreen door on a submarine. cheers all. MANY THANKS VLOSRD
You could always use XviD instead (for encoding and decoding (won't handle DivX 3 though) or ffdshow).
