My guess is that you are using a hacked version of CCE. Make sure your path is correct. Also be sure you have the correct version checked under the Settings-CCE Settings. My guess is that you checked CCE SP. Switch it to the Trial version.
I got it to work. I had the wrong version checked as you suggested. Can't believe that I spent all that time fooling with it and didn't even notice that.
