Can anyone plz help, The last firmware I had was 709beta I factory reset my box and put in the keys it was working fine, now I am trying to load up the software and nothing will go on it just stays at o% I cant load 6.00e right through to 8.02 it just stays at 0% Any ideas
I'd suggest then that the data is not being transmitted either way. This could be because you have a cable that is not connected properly, is faulty or is not the correct null modem cable for the job.
if you are using Vista try it on XP as Vista users have had issues recently, borrow one from a mate if you have to!!
Many thanks for the advice, believe it or not the rs232 lead was faulty, I tried another lead and it worked fine, Do know about vista though, it doesnt like drives for anything I got a laptop at home with no rs232 port got a 232 to usb but she just wont play the game with vista, so I always have to go a friends to patch it ahhhh Anyway Im up and running now cheers
