i cant run uninstall or reinstall nero 7 i keep getting an error

i keep getting this error when i try starting up nero 7.
when i click on the nero 7 icon 2 error's pop up the 1st error says.


then i click ok and thats when the second error comes up.


so then i tried uninstalling it and it gave me this error.


and after that error i tried reinstalling it and it gave me this error.



so if any one can please help me get rid of this error.thanks

Trying using the nero 7 cleantool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html...then use the uninstall through windows, reboot and re-install nero 7.0.8.2 http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845 (suggest you before removing and use the link above to get the version of nero 7 known to be stable and reliable).
