i modded my xbox a while back. first time noob but i got it to work. but i cant get into my MS dashboard it says it doesnt exist. plus i cant save any files from my memory card onto my modded xbox. please help i know this is probably realy easy to do but i need the help thanks.
well under the dashboard lable it states i cant get in since the file doesnt exist i guess i didnt back it up right or somthing
"the blue one" doesn't give us any information. You need to tell us what dashboard you picked when you first softmodded. Probably either unleashX or EvolutionX.
yea we need the name of the dash.....what softmod installer did u use?? because the new ones make u back-ups the Ms-Dash so u might have used an older ones....
If you're using Unleash, you should have an option on there to apply a MS Patch 5965 (not sure the EXACT numbers). Either way, you should see it in the menu. Click on that and it will patch your microsoft dashboard. Then you should be able to go to it with no problem.
"the blue one" = evox? if that is the case you can run MS dash as an app or if u can ftp jus copy M$ dash right over and jus have the other dash on disc.
ok the problem is the ms dash board has not been backed up correctly which stops you from useing it i heard you can restall it sevel ways if you can find the files of ms somewere on the web you ftp it in i think you can link the hard drive to the pc to fix it im not sure doe but yes your ms dash is not been backed up
yea just ftp it to the C Drive make sure your C Drive is empty first if not do not ftp it to there just put it in your applications folder...
