I cant watch movies on my tv with my new video card!!! HELP!!

    DELL P4 2.4
    640mb RAM
    128mb ATI Radeon 9600 PRO (primary with TV hooked to s-video out)
    32mb ATI Radeon 7000 (Secondary)
    Ran bigfix, reinstalled divx, and in to video player will the movies play on the TV screen through s-video out... they play fine on the PC screen, but just black on the TV.... please help!
