i carnt get all my channels with this symbol $

hi please can someone help me please my son was playing with my controll on my digivox now ive lost loads of channels my model digivox xl s-w version v10-2.0000 boot version date 1 jan 2007 an now i can only get basic channels no movis football ect $ this symbol is on the channels that i can not watch as anyone got any ideas please thanks jeana

 

Press menu then on to system info and press OK enter 1004 turn emulation ON save and exit then back to sly sports and wait for it to update.

 

ive just done that an turned emulation on saved i carnt find sly sports because on the guild its just comeing up with tv123 and so for what channel it is so i dont know to get on channels because its not sayin sly movies sorry is there anythink elese i can do i fink my son mite of went on factory setting if that any help sorry

Could try a factory settings and a rescan if your channels are missing, (advisable to do this without splitters)


press menu then factory settings, type code 0000 then press ok, you have now deleted all your channel data,

Now for rescanning press menu then installation, set your provider correctly to either Twest/C&W/N*L <<< make sure you set this correctly now hit autoscan, once the scan is done exit back to TV screen then press menu then to system info press info and yype 1004 set emulation back to on the exit back to TV and wait for it to update.

 

sorry im really stupid with things like this whats spliters? and should this work? thanks gina

 

Can I ask who set the box up for you and would it be possible for them to do it again? if not forget removing the splitter and just try as above, it should work fine, make sure you get the provider right previous to VM, eg telepest, N*L, C&W.
