i delete my xbox dashboard and every time i boot the xbox up it shows up with a black screen with green text saying to call custemor service and it has a big # "13" on the top left hand corner of the screen. hears the story i had it softmodded with evoX (i believe) and had no problems @ all. but i wanted to take uninstall it the other day (because it was takeing up alot of space cause i download alot of maps off xbox live for the games) and i was in a hurry to get it done and did not read the instructions and just keep pressing "YES". Then when it said to "turn off xbox to finish unstalling" i did turn it off and turned the xbox back on and finished the unstalling then turned the xbox off and then it booted up but stopped @ the screen with the green text and that big #"13". PLEASE HELP SOMEONE.......!!!!!!!!!!! THANX -j03m0n-
OOO I forgot to say that it does play games but there is no saved profiles like when i play halo2 it has ONLY create new profile and defalt O & i cant play xbox live cause it needs to go to troubleshoot AND IT NOT THERE CAUSE ITS DELETED
You have to update your Dashboard, put in a live enabled xbox game and run Xbox Live until you have to log in or create an account... then restart your xbox and you should be fine.... [bold]NOTE: NO YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A LIVE ACCOUNT OR EVEN SIGN UP OR EVEN SIGN ON! JUST RUN THE LIVE FEATURE TO THAT POINT, THEN RESTART![/bold]
